EXECUTIVE CHEF - BENNY LOH
Born and trained in Singapore, Benny Loh's life-long passion for cooking wonderful food was first nurtured by his Mother who was renowned in Singapore for her fabulous curried chicken.
In 1983, following compulsory national service for Singapore, Benny commenced his apprenticeship at the Intercontinental Hotel under the tutelage of Swiss chef, Ulrich Mueller.
